The answer is Blanket Guard, the protective sleeve made from thin pliable sheets of Lexan. The Blanket Guard sheets are chemically bonded on two sides and open on the other two sides to insert a warming pad. The Blanket Guard protective sleeve is made to accept standard 15 x 22 inch warming pads. Insert the warming pad into the Blanket Guard and place in the cage as you normally would. The Blanket Guard is made exclusively by C-Med Surgical Inc. and is available with or without a polymer warming pad.
