In order to set up an account with C-Med Surgical, Inc., we would need the following information from your company:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We would need to have a copy of the front and back of the credit card as well as a letter of authorization from the Cardholder. Without this we cannot process the order.

Also, in order to quote international shipping rates, we require a complete address of where product is shipping to in order to provide a quote.

Orders cannot be picked up at our location.

We have had to implement these conditions as we have been the victim of internet fraud from international orders. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
