An administrative and shipping fee of $12 is required for all warranty replacements. Additionally, depending on the product, you may have up to 30 days to decide to keep or return C-Med brand items in new, unused condition. The warranty on other brands of instruments purchased from us is dictated by each specific manufacturer’s terms and conditions. All custom made products carry a six-month limited warranty and are not returnable or refundable for any reason, except error on our part.
