How long has C-Med Surgical been in business?
C-Med Surgical has been in business since 1998.

What type of warranty do you offer?
All C-Med Branded instruments carry a lifetime warranty against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship, when used in accordance with normal use practices for the specific type of instrument. An administrative and shipping fee of $12 is required for all warranty replacements. Additionally, depending on the product, you may have up to 30 days to decide to keep or return C-Med brand items in new, unused condition.

The warranty on other brands of instruments purchased from us is dictated by each specific manufacturer’s terms and conditions. All custom made products carry a six-month limited warranty and are not returnable or refundable for any reason, except error on our part. Any loss or injury caused by the unproper or negligent use of any item purchased from C-Med Surgical, Inc. is limited to the value of the item purchased.

If you purchased instruments under a promotional offer (i.e. buy 3 get 1 free) it is our policy that the 1 st instrument or series of instruments of a like purchase (i.e. packs) are not covered by any warranty. Only items paid for are covered.

Free instruments carry no warranty. If you decide to return a promo offer, everything must be returned, including all free products.

What services and products does C-Med Surgical offer?
C-Med Surgical offers surgical instrumentation, equipment and lighting. We also sell clippers, blades and offer sharpening and repair for those items. We can also help you with instrument repair and sharpening, custom fabricating and unique solutions for your O.R.

How long does it take to process orders?
Unless a special request is made, all orders of in-stock merchandise will ship within 2 days of receipt. Out-of-stock items, special orders and custom made items are delivered as fast as possible.

Is your Web site secure?
Yes, our Web site is secure; it is protected be VeriSign with 128-bit encryption.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and wire transfer.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes we do, only with organizations and institutions with approved credit. Normally, our payment terms are payment on order. Custom work requires written approval and a minimum deposit of 50%.
